Traditional coaching often approaches procrastination and focus problems as a mindset or motivation issue. Executive function consulting treats them as design problems - specifically, where your systems for managing tasks, priorities, and decisions are breaking down under workload and overwhelm. You're not exploring how you feel about the work. We're looking at exactly where things are falling apart and why - and giving you something concrete to start to fix it.

No. Some of my clients have ADHD. Others don't. The patterns that I work with show up in experienced high performing professionals under challenging circumstances regardless of how our brains are wired. Most often this is at work.
